I finally gave up on waiting for the Luminar DAM. I downloaded Adobe Bridge (which is FREE believe it or not) and added it to my workflow. I use Luminar to do all of my editing. When I finished, I export the final image to JPEG. In Bridge I added any metadata changes, mainly keywords and lat./long. I then opened the JPEG in Luminar to upload it into SmuMug.
After two minutes of waiting after I started the operation I decided to make a coffee, figuring it would be completed on my return to my desk. I canceled the operation and tried it again thinking that I must have done something wrong. And, again, after several minutes. After cancelling the operation a second time I went into Bridge and dragged the file onto the SmugMug webpage and the file was uploaded in seconds! So, now I'm wondering, what's the point of Luminar's Sharing feature if it takes lots of minutes to upload a photo or am I doing something wrong?
